too many things to say...

i'm starting this entry with nothing... or perhaps too many things to talk about... let's see where it'll lead me to...

i know i'll talk craps! yikes!

lame dah x update... i guess i'm getting lazier...??? hmmm... no... don't think so... the level of laziness is still constant... no changes! hahaha... =p

this week, starting on Monday (which is 2 days ago), is "minggu tenang" aka study week for most courses in UGM... the students should be burying their noses in their notes or reference books or PSC (read: for pharmacy student's only... PSC = Pharmacy Study Club... they make & print out the note for us! ngeh3~)...

but what did i do (& still doing)??? lepakkkkk sajer~ no classes... so no reading... boleh centu? orang tanya, "x de class ke?", i answered, "x de~ skrg minggu tenang~ b'tenang laa b'sggh2!" hehehehe...

if i were to answer in English, then i would be "study week"... would i add "study laa b'sggh" at the end of my answer??? lalala~ i guess not! :p

when i was studying in UiTM, i would tell my mother, "Ibu, next week study week." and my mother would answer, "haa... dah tu? ape lg? study laa~"

ngaa~ no questions asked! =p

i think, the name given to this "week" or "minggu" plays a very important role! students (like me... especially me!) tend to take things for granted if it is called "minggu tenang" which directly translated would mean calm/rest/cool week...

"Ibu, next week minggu tenang."

"ok~ b'tenang laa~"

fyi, my junior, Zaki, just had an operation this evening at 1700 WIB... the operation went on for 2 hours... alhamdulillah, all went well! :) thanx for the doa~

he was initially diagnosed with acute appendicitis... but it got worse and he was then diagnosed with periappendicitis (or was it peritonitis? tibe2 saya confuse!)... when he got out of the operation theatre (at approx. 1900 WIB), the doctor said the cause of the inflammation is fecalith...

look out for yourself laa the meaning of all those craps yea~ malas nak explain! eh eh~ cannot say craps! x baik... the medical terms! heee~

he's now in ICU and going to be closely observed until... until what? he was stable when he got out of the OT... until he's more stable perhaps to go out to the real world where all his friends could swarm over him! hehehe...  Zaki~ Zaki~

we met him on Saturday night during Qayyum's farewell BBQ + Arvind's b'day party... he complained to us that he was not feeling so well... his stomach hurt... he had fever... but we thought it was normal... alaaa~ sakit perut, demam... biasa laa tu~ kan3? and he ate a lot too that night! hehehe...

then, the next day, he was admitted to RS Panti Rapih... whoa~ must be something serious! that evening before we went to this private dinner (which i'm going to talk about later), his batchmate, Una, told Mimi that Zaki woke up that morning with severe "sakit perut" and his face was blue! gagaga~ scary~ but he had already been admitted, so we just hoped for the best!

tiba2, the next day, Dila y!m me and said Zaki was admitted in JIH... eh, apsal pulak pindah JIH??? when i got to JIH, they told us that RS Panti Rapih haven't done anything to Zaki... bleh x centu?? already 1 day in the ward, and the doctor hadn't even seen him! not 1 doctor! cis!

(or am i exaggerating?? please correct me if i'm wrong! heard this from other people... didn't really see with my own 2 eyes... hee~ biasa laa~ people tend to listen to only what they want to hear... selective listening...)

he was is 2nd class ward ok~ i don't mean to be prejudice... but please laa~ orang tu sakit kottttt~ mengerang2... eeeeee~~~ geram aku!

then Zaki decided he wanted to be transfered to JIH... and they went there by taxi... and RS Panti Rapih tu charged him with OT room + lab! result x de pon~ OT x masuk pon~ eyyyyy~ !#$%& nak je aku m'carut! pe2 hal pon, good decision laa to transfer to JIH...

about the dinner... hahaha... it was held at Sheraton last Sunday (20/12/2009)... it was suppose to be a private dinner between Menteri Besar Melaka and any student related to Melaka... tp yg betul2 fit the description berapa ketul je~ yg lain2 mostly from UMNO commitee... i was invited because Encik Panitia aka Apih promised to traktir Mimi makan... eh, apa kena mengena ngan aku?? hahaha... i was there when he invited Mimi to the dinner, so he was forced to invite me (and Asma) too! :p

and oh my God! it was one hell of a dinner... mula2 we were forced to make ad hoc performance... singing... pastu ramai2 poco poco... dangdut... gelek... eh, ye ke? lebih kurang laa~ tiba2 i, May, Effa & Nasrul were on stage singing "Oh Carol~" with me not singing using mic! wakakaka~ there was one time i held 2 mics, but none was put near my mouth! :p lalala~ jgn marah~

my review...

Food:

delicious, but they should just serve all the main courses at one time... x ke pelik makan telur dadar alone?? pastu, makanan sikit! and we had to sit with a Dato', so makan sket pnye b'sopan, we didn't get to eat the food to the very last bit sbb b'sopan sgt! waaaaaaaaa~~~ x pnah aku duduk meja yg x abihkan makanan yg dihidang! isk3! felt like a failure! (over!) =p no refill for the tea/coffee... sib baik ending (the dessert) dia sgt menarik... aaaaaa~~~ sampai menjilat pinggan! :p~

Toilet:

x de flush! kne jadi primitif skejap... *tetttt~*

Environment:

mantap! cantik! tp.......... panas! grrrrr~

Performance:

was conquered by the Dato' Sri, Puan Sri, Dato', Datin etc etc... mula2 paksa students nyanyi... pastu berebut2 mic plak! haih~ sabau je laa saya~ hopefully when i get older, i won't be joining this kind of event... nak karok? jom gi tmpt karok!

selesai sudah membersihkan 1 plastik tulang kambing lepas maghrib td! penatttt~ ibu jari kanan cam nak patah dah... byk gila weyyyyy~

before i opened the plastic (hahaha... x tgk langsung the inside of the plastic since i got it!), i thought the "tulang kambing" i had to clean was only consist of the bones... & nothing else! u know~ macam tulang kaler putih (putih tulang) yang anjing selalu gonggong, jilat2 or tanam kat mana2....................

ok... bad metaphor! but u see what i'm trying to say, right?? hehehe... aku tak pernah bersihkan tulang before this, ok~ so maafkanlah imaginasi saya ini!

for those yang tak pernah bersihkan (or never even tengok) tulang kambing yang akan dibuat soup or gulai tulang itu (nyum2!) (oh~ please jangan buat masak merah or masak kicap menggunakan tulang, ok Dalila & Mimi~ eh?), meh sini aku nak bgtahu... sbnrnya banyak lagi isi-isi daging yang melekat pada tulang tu... BANYAK ok~ and bukannya tulang semata-mata... so, jangan down sangat if lepas korban u end up bringing home "tulang belulang" ok~

coz i did! i was feeling low low low~ macam dah tak ada mood nak masak apa-apa dengan tulang tu... macam nak bersihkan, & then bagi kat Dalila... suruh dia je yang masak... boleh?

tapi tadi bersihkan... 2 hours ++ gak if i'm not mistaken! ngaa~ fenattt~ anyway, tadi masa bersihkan tu... nampak isi-isi daging yang masih melekat... dengan ribcage nya... sum sum tulang... nyum3! tiba semangat balik nak masak! *clap3*

siang tadi sms ibu tanya recipe gulai... this was her reply...

"Assalamualaikum. Tlg kmbg buat sop sedap. Gulai... rempah nekcek,halia,lengkuas,bwg, cili. Klu rajin letak krisik skit(nyior goreng pastu tumbok),asam, gula, garam. Slamat mcuba"

adeyh2~ terre betul anak ibu ni nak budget2 rempah letak berapa sudu? halia & lengkuas letak berapa ibu jari? bawang berapa biji? cili apa? cili hidup? cili kering? berapa batang cili? krisik? owh~ tolak tepi! anak ibu tak rajin nmpknya~ hee~

asam, gula, garam... insyaAllah no problem! V(^^)

ideas... they just don't come easy... or do they?

OMG! i think i love to write! hee~ tho' i always claim that "ideas don't come to me that easily", but the truth is, once i start writing, i can't stop! true! there's always something i'd like to talk about... it may have started with just a few lines or ideas... then, more ideas start pouring in... suddenly, the lines and ideas become a masterpiece..........

masterpice?? hahaha... perasan! not a masterpiece nor any bombastic thoughts of mine laa... my choice of words are also not that bombastic, fantastic, mr. loba loba... (well~ i'm not writing a novel! d'uh~) i'd just like to happily write about what i like, what i did, what i felt, what i'd like to do, what i'm going to do etc etc etc... you know... stuffs like that... in other words for easier digestion:

too much "i", isn't it?? hehehe... of course i'll talk about my family & my friends, too... i might be a self proclaimed narcist, but i don't & i can't  & i don't want to live alone in this world, ok~

and maybe i'll b'keluh kesah a bit here and there in my entries (note: bukan mengumpat)... but i certainly won't make an entry just to bad mouth other people... cukup laa menganyam ketupat sehari2an bersama2 teman sekampung... eh eh... sekampus!! ngehehe~

Astagfirrullahhalazim~ (Allah, please forgive me!)

not to b'lagak or anything, but i remembered my English teachers and lecturers often praised my writings... they always encouraged me to write... simply write! whether it's an important topic or not so important or not important at all...

"just write about anything under the sun!" Puan Marina once said when i told her that i found it difficult to start writing in my journal, the "ongoing homework" she asked all of her students to do... at least an article a week! *sigh* i'd really no idea on what to write, ok~ it's not that my life was boring then... but... seriously, i'd no idea where to begin! and...  i don't know... lazy, i guess? that's the only way i can explain it! hahaha... shhh~

then 1 day, to tell her how serious my problem was, i started writing about it as one of the entries in my journal... haa... sampai centu skali! curhat punya curhat, suddenly i realized i already wrote 1 whole page of it... boleh centu? and the article really caught her eye... she even read it to the whole class! hahaha... "aneh2 student aku ni!" =p

Mr Paul also encouraged me to be a writer after he marked our midterm exam's papers... (that's when he discovered my "hidden talent"... chewah~ we didn't do much writings in his class... most of the time, he gave us a topic to discuss amongst our group members, and then he asked us to speak out... debate... more like communication class... right?)

"but ideas don't come to me that easily, Mr Paul... and i'd really want to be a pharmacist, not a writer!" i told him... very firmly, indeed! but he didn't take it personally... he explained to me that being a pharmacist shouldn't stop me, or anyone, from writing... on the contrary, it should provide me with more ideas on what to write! he said, i can always write about drugs or diseases or my latest findings or perhaps my research... whoa~ btol3!

i hope.....

wah~ almost 3 am already~ i better get some sleep! Farmasi Klinik at 3.15 pm, people~ 3 SKS (aka credit hours) tuuu~ wish me luck!
