mengapakah perlu belajar nutrisi jugakkk~??? belajar setakat surface2 cukup laa~ apakah fungsi protein? karbohidrat terdapat dlm makanan apa? haaa... kan senang~ (ko ingat ko ngah nak amik paper Sains PMR ke skrg ni?? SPM pnye soalan Biologi lagi susah dari tuuu~!)

ni nak kena ingat balik segala jenis protein (nota protein saje 65 slides beb~), pencernaan karbohidrat, glukosa, indeks glikemik, peptin, polipeptida, pepsinogen, tripsin, siklus Kreb (Kreb's cycle), glukoneogenesis... bla bla bla...

apakah laa students yg amik nutrition or dietition kena belajar ek?? *wondering*

nutrisi... 8 soalan essay, sila jawab semua... waktu diberikan adalah 100 menit...  jawablah dengan singkat tapi jelas... nilai untuk masing2 soal sama yaitu 12,5... eh eh... t'babas!

OMG! i think i love to write! hee~ tho' i always claim that "ideas don't come to me that easily", but the truth is, once i start writing, i can't stop! true! there's always something i'd like to talk about... it may have started with just a few lines or ideas... then, more ideas start pouring in... suddenly, the lines and ideas become a masterpiece..........

masterpice?? hahaha... perasan! not a masterpiece nor any bombastic thoughts of mine laa... my choice of words are also not that bombastic, fantastic, mr. loba loba... (well~ i'm not writing a novel! d'uh~) i'd just like to happily write about what i like, what i did, what i felt, what i'd like to do, what i'm going to do etc etc etc... you know... stuffs like that... in other words for easier digestion:

Astagfirrullahhalazim~ (Allah, please forgive me!)

not to b'lagak or anything, but i remembered my English teachers and lecturers often praised my writings... they always encouraged me to write... simply write! whether it's an important topic or not so important or not important at all...

"just write about anything under the sun!" Puan Marina once said when i told her that i found it difficult to start writing in my journal, the "ongoing homework" she asked all of her students to do... at least an article a week! *sigh* i'd really no idea on what to write, ok~ it's not that my life was boring then... but... seriously, i'd no idea where to begin! and...  i don't know... lazy, i guess? that's the only way i can explain it! hahaha... shhh~

then 1 day, to tell her how serious my problem was, i started writing about it as one of the entries in my journal... haa... sampai centu skali! curhat punya curhat, suddenly i realized i already wrote 1 whole page of it... boleh centu? and the article really caught her eye... she even read it to the whole class! hahaha... "aneh2 student aku ni!" =p

Mr Paul also encouraged me to be a writer after he marked our midterm exam's papers... (that's when he discovered my "hidden talent"... chewah~ we didn't do much writings in his class... most of the time, he gave us a topic to discuss amongst our group members, and then he asked us to speak out... debate... more like communication class... right?)

"but ideas don't come to me that easily, Mr Paul... and i'd really want to be a pharmacist, not a writer!" i told him... very firmly, indeed! but he didn't take it personally... he explained to me that being a pharmacist shouldn't stop me, or anyone, from writing... on the contrary, it should provide me with more ideas on what to write! he said, i can always write about drugs or diseases or my latest findings or perhaps my research... whoa~ btol3!

i hope.....

yup... saya sedang menghadapi UTS skrg... (nota: UTS = Ujian Tengah Semester)

oleh itu, saya t'paksa hold dulu utk upload gmbr (on hold: jadual praktikum, karaoke) kerana saya t'paksa mengedit & mengecilkan gambar2 sblm diupload memandangkan picasa bagi limit nak upload gambar sebanyak 1GB sahaja...

so utk Golongan IV, x kaco praktikum nafas cerna on Thursday, ok~ balik subuh, so leh study the whole day... nak gi kuliah pon smpt pagi tu... ngeh3~

fyi, my family will be arriving at Bali Airport via AirAsia on 6th of December (ETA x sure kol berapa... tp petang... x leh nak masuk website airasia skrg... ces!)... they'll be there until 10th of December... so tranportation kat sana insyaAllah x perlu pening2! hehehe... makan pon bisa diatur... entrance fees, shopping2 je laa kena kuar duit sendiri... & during the day of our arrival...

please confirm before this weekend k~ aku igt nak beli ticket on 24/10 (Saturday) or 25/10 (Sunday)... takut harga ticket naik lg! hoho... peak season laa pulokkk~

peristiwa malang!

happy2 kat lab (kami happy yea kat lab! :p)... tibe2 aku t'ingatkan hari aku smlm...

pagi lab started at 7.30am... mlm tu aku study & tidur kol 3++ am... aku set alarm kat kedua-dua hp aku... 1 pukul 6.15 am... 1 lagi kol 6.30 am... (aku masih "uzur" yea pagi smlm)... unfortunately, dua-dua alarm aku x sedar... mesti tgh mamai2 aku gi turn off hp tu! ngee~ pdn muka! tidur lmbt lg! =p

aku terbangun masa Ain ketuk pintu bilik aku, "Ko da bgn ke blom?" huhuhu... dia dah siap nak gi lab... sib baik masa tu baru kol 6.55 am... (awal gile ko gi lab weyh~) aku pun trus bgn & mandi & b'siap at the speed of light! hoho... perkara biasa! dah hustler dah skrg! kol 7.10 am aku dah ada kat tepi jakal... eyp~ aku x mandi kerbau! siap b'Shokubutsu oren, cuci muka, gosok gigi segala k~ x basahkan rmbt jer~ :D

peristiwa malang 1 pun bermula...

7.15 am... suppose dah ada laa 1 angkut lalu time nih... lmbt laa plak pagi nih~ bas byk gak lalu... tp memandangkan aku bwk batu Dipiro's Pharmacotherapy: A Pathophysiologic Approach yang gabak berjisim 10 kg dlm beg aku, maka malas laa aku nak naik bas... rabak bahu aku nak jln from trafiic light/RS Sardjito to Unit IV Fakultas Farmasi...

weyhhhhh~~~ cepat arr!!! aku nak t'berak dah niiiiii~!!!!! tb2 je ade urge! cis! wrong timing arr~ bknnya nak rasa awal2 time dlm toilet... grrrr~~~

7.20 am... x ada lg angkut nihhh...

7.22 am... yesss~ ada 1 angkut lalu... semangat aku tahan!

namun...................................

nape die x mo b'hentiiiii?????????? bknnye penuh ponnn~ aku x nmpk pon sape2 t'tonggeng kat pintu angkut tu... uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~~~ berani ko angkut! m'p'mainkan perasaan aku! dah arr aku m'bawa beban yg berat... nak t'berak plak tuuuu! aaaaaaaaaaaaa~~~

tb2... ada sorang cewek bwk skuter lalu dpn aku smbl wat muka kesian... aku pula b'muka ketat saja ketika itu... mbak, sesungguhnya muka ketat itu bkn aku tujukan pd kamu! x per~ aku tau ko x leh angkut aku... aku x bwk helmet! apa kes aku nak bwk helmet ke merata2 tmpt kannn~?? huhuhu..

7.27 am... akhirnya sebijik angkut yg besar sampai~ alhamdulillah!

sampai laa aku di Fakultas Farmasi... letak je barang2 kat lab kat lantai 3, aku terus turun kembali ke lantai 1 untuk "meneruskan perjuangan"! hua3~ tahniah buat diri aku!

lepas lab, aku, Ain, May & Mimi lepak kat Resto Rempah Asia... borak2 cam ari ni x de lab, x de kuis manajemen & next week x de midterm exam... kannnn~??

sampai je kat bilik... aku dapati roti wholemeal b'merek Sari Roti yang aku baru makan 3 keping tu (out of 10 kot) dah b'kulat! *sniff3* aku sday~ Rp9,000 woo wa tell u~ mahal tu!! mengapakah??

kalo ade fridge kan best! *dreamy eyes*

dah2! x yah mntk fridge... skuter lg penting skrg! boleh membawa aku ke sana ke mari... ngee~

peristiwa malang ketiga.....

lepas mandi... aku main2 laptop... type2 usulan (proposal) skripsi sket...

tiba2! (byk btol "tiba2" pada entry kali ini) mouse aku x mo jln... aiyaaa~ apsal lak ni?? click2 boleh... scroller pon jalan... disconnect, reconnect mouse... still sama... aku pun restart laptop aku.......... langkah td diulangi... tp hasilnya sama! baru aku prasan lampu merah tu x nyala... sensor dah rosak!

tetikus baru kuuuu~ (T_T)

maka, lengkap lah trilogi peristiwa malang ku pada hari itu... terus hilang mood nak buat proposal, nak belajar (alasan!)... baru pukul 8... aku langsung tidur..........

suatu pagi di dlm lab...

aku ngah praktikum niiii~ sempat lg b'blogging! hua3~ nak amik gmbr, tp battery camera tb2 empty! ces! x dapek nk camwhore di dlm lab pd hari ini! wooo~

soalan ari ni mudah2 aja~ sampai kne berebut nak jwb soalan! ngee~ syabas kpd Kelompok III, Golongan IV!

Ain pun berkata, "Aku bwk BNF arr~" V(^^) wakaka~ no offence! saje nyakat!

last sem punye laa berat mulut aku nih nk b'tanyakan soalan kat kelompok2 lain... jwb soalan pon sbb t'pakse jer~ sampai selalu gak arr nama aku kne pggl ngan asisten sbb diorg takut aku dpt markah telur ayam kat "total nilai aktivitas"... tgk! diorg plak yg takut... aku x takut pon... huuu~

hopefully this semester i'd change & ask more questions! chaiyok2!

today is only our 2nd lab... alhamdulillah, aku nmpk jugak laa perubahan pd diriku! yayyy~

tp mintak maaf laa kpd Cik Dalila... soalan straight forward aku turned out to be very hard for them to answer! huhuhu... maafkan saya~ saya sgt curious kenapa pasien itu perlu mengelak memakai pakaian yang ketat! (owh~ saya x terasa pon! saya pakai baju loose~ lalala~)

3. FT (which stands for Farmakoterapi) Pernafasan & Pencernaan

bahas jugak... latest journal on anti inflamatory drugs for cystic fibrosis... aku buat psl Oral N-acetylcystein  (high-dose oral N-acetylcysteine, a glutathione prodrug, modulates inflammation in CF) & also a journal on Sildenafil & Vardenafil (preclinical evidence that Sildenafil & Vardenafil Activate Cl transport in CF)... muahahaha... nak jugak tu m'bykkan kerja! :p

(eyp2~ nih aku interpret sndr ketika m'dgr dosen itu m'beri kuliah di dalam ruang kuliah III pada hari itu... kalo sbnrnye lecturer tu soh wat mende lain, tlg btau aku! hee~ my attention span was very low in that class... the lowest among the low... low low low... urgh~)
